Text messaging: programme description
A DIFFERENT SPEED LLC sends text messages to freight brokers, shippers, consignees and business partners regarding freight that is being arranged or is already in progress. Messages cover pickup and delivery status, appointment times, estimated arrival times, document requests and related operational updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Consent
Brokers, shippers and business partners provide their mobile phone numbers to us in the course of arranging freight, on rate confirmations, carrier packets, load tenders and direct business correspondence. By providing a mobile number in connection with a shipment, the recipient consents to receive operational text messages from us relating to that business. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on the freight being handled. Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient’s mobile plan.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from us. After replying STOP, the recipient receives one confirmation message and no further messages, unless they opt back in.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at info@adspeedllc.com or (812) 356-6515.
Carrier liability
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the recipient’s mobile carrier and may not be available on all carriers.
Privacy
Our handling of personal and mobile information is described in our privacy policy.
